Passive Technical Intermediary: Conbova operates exclusively as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) cloud infrastructure provider. Under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000 (Safe Harbor), Conbova is a technical intermediary and does not initiate, modify, or inspect the specific commercial transactions or contents created by merchants.
Independent Merchant Responsibility: Each storefront or lead generation website hosted on Conbova is independently owned, managed, and operated by its respective merchant. Conbova and its Sole Proprietor (Vishal) do not manufacture, store, package, dispatch, guarantee, or warrant any goods or services sold by merchants.
Zero Liability for Customer Disputes: Any financial transactions, product defects, non-delivery, courier delays, refund disputes, fraudulent conduct, or regulatory non-compliance by an individual merchant are solely and exclusively the merchant's legal and commercial liability. Conbova and its Sole Proprietor bear ZERO LIABILITY or financial obligation for any customer transactions or merchant actions.
Merchant Indemnification: Merchants using Conbova contractually agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Conbova and Vishal from any claims, consumer grievances, law enforcement notices, chargebacks, or liabilities arising from the merchant's store operations.
The Sole Proprietor (Vishal) reserves the unilateral authority to modify, suspend, or discontinue Conbova, the website builder, and cloud server operations in accordance with operational or business requirements.
In the event of service discontinuation or platform retirement, hosted merchant websites and storefronts cease operation immediately. Prepaid subscription fees remain non-refundable, except as covered under the 24-Hour Customer Satisfaction Policy or verified billing errors in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
