This policy explains how services purchased from Conbova (Sole Proprietorship) are delivered. Conbova sells a digital software subscription only — no physical goods are shipped by Conbova.

1. Nature of the Service

Conbova is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) website and online store builder. Everything you purchase from Conbova — website builder access, hosting of your website/store, dashboard tools and plan features — is delivered electronically over the internet. There is no physical product, no courier dispatch and no shipping charges.

2. Account & Free Trial Delivery

Your Conbova account and the 7-day free trial are available instantly after you sign up. You can start building your website or store on a free *.conbova.com subdomain right away.

3. Paid Plan Activation Timelines

A paid plan is activated on your account after your payment is verified:

Online payments (through a payment gateway): the plan is activated as soon as the payment is confirmed.
UPI / bank transfer with UTR number: payments are verified manually by our team, usually within a few hours on business days and in any case within 24–48 hours.
Once activated, the plan status, validity period and payment confirmation are shown in your dashboard under Dashboard → Billing (/dashboard/billing).

4. Delayed or Failed Activation

If your plan is not activated within 48 hours of a successful payment, please email [email protected] from your registered account email with your payment reference / UTR number. We will activate the plan or, if we are unable to deliver the service, you will be eligible for a refund as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

5. Custom Domain Connection

Connecting your own domain (for example a .com or .in domain) requires you to update DNS records at your domain registrar. After the DNS changes are made correctly, propagation can take up to 24–48 hours, which depends on your registrar and DNS provider and is outside Conbova's control. SSL for connected domains is issued automatically once the domain points to Conbova.

6. Shipping by Merchant Stores Built on Conbova

Merchants use Conbova to run their own websites and online stores. Shipping and delivery of any physical products sold on a merchant's storefront is the sole responsibility of that merchant, under that merchant's own shipping policy. Customers of such stores should contact the respective merchant for order, shipping and delivery questions.
